I chose this hotel for its brilliant location near Walt Disney World Resort, which I wanted to visit. The on-site restaurants were impressive, offering a diverse selection from a huge buffet to imaginative à la carte dishes. The service by long-standing staff members was also a pleasant surprise.
Communication issues with gate guard.

The resort offers a plethora of activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and biking, all included in the resort fee. The kids loved the water slide and the wobbly bridge.
Felt very homey, nothing too much trouble.

we had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency. the pool was amazing and very clean, and the staff were very helpful. we were able to check in early and the location and property were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. the room had fantastic views of the lake, pool, and Disney fireworks, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Everything is what i need and want 😊
